The Caldera Building is a multi-use facility built to accommodate jockeys during the horse races and all types of small events year-round.
This facility can be jointly booked with Carey Foster Hall for a discounted rate of $725/Day.

Private events may serve alcohol. Parties of 50 people or fewer are not required to have an OLCC permitted vendor/server, or security. Parties of 51-100 people are required to have an OLCC permitted vendor, but not security. Parties of 101+ must have an OLCC permitted vendor AND security.All renters are required to provide proof of Special Events Liability Insurance that covers bodily injury and property damage, meeting a $1M minimum aggregate, naming Crook County and the Crook County Fair Board as additional insureds.Rates (8:00AM - 11:30PM):
