2. BLOCK PRESS - Clean and press away for 60 sec
3. OVERHEAD KEG CARRY MAX DISTANCE
4. SEATED ARM OVER ARM ROPE SLED DRAG
5.KEG OVER BAR FOR REPS
WILL BE LIMITED TO 100 COMPETITORS FOR 2020
